Healthy Diet


I cannot speak highly enough of Kaeti!!!!! I came to her as a 3rd year at the University of Georgia. I had gained the so-called “Freshman 15” over my first two semesters of college, but I continued to gain throughout my sophomore year and into the beginning of my junior year. As a Pre-Physician’s Assistant student, I realized I needed to prioritize my own health if I wanted to be able to take care of others. I made an appointment with Kaeti, and I explained all my fears and goals to her. I had absolutely no idea what to eat to lose weight safely while still keeping nutrition and overall well-being as a priority. I was completely overwhelmed! Over the past ten weeks, Kaeti has guided me through the best nutrition for my body, helped me foster a better relationship with food, enabled me to make better choices consistently, and she has been my personal cheerleader throughout the entire process. Kaeti also helped relieve many of my fears as a college student trying to lose weight, especially regarding eating out at restaurants and social events with friends. After meeting weekly with her, I have lost 10 pounds adding to a total of 16.6 pounds lost overall. I feel so much happier and healthier, and I am so thankful for Kaeti!
